Installation

Field services related to its products. Such as Wellhead, BPV, Wear Bushing, Test Plug and Frac Sleeve installation, Torquing Service and Hydraulic Test.

It also provides Maintenance, Repairs and Inventory Control Services..

The MMA team can provide integral engineering consulting services and training from early development stages and throughout the products’ life cycle. Service facilities are located in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil and Peru to better address customers’ needs.

We aim to become the customers’ best choice by working on continuous improvement. We focus on reducing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and NPT (Non-productive time).

Frac Services

MMA has a large inventory of 3 1/16", 4 1/16", 5 1/8" and 7 1/16" fracture stacks with pressure ranges from 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi, available with manual and/or hydraulic valves to meet customer needs, installed with our highly qualified technicians.

It also has a Zipper Manifold for PAD operations.

All our equipment is manufactured under the API 6A standard, with characteristics class EE, PSL 3, PR2, PU.

FPDO - UAF - UAR - RIGLESS:
MMA offers the rental and operation of FPDO (Frac Plug Drill Out), UAF (Fracture Assistance Unit), UAR (Rigless Assistance Unit) and RIGLESS; in the different configurations required by the customer, with a pressure range up to 15,000 psi; with equipment that allows working efficiently and safely.

Maintenance and Repair

Maintenance , repairs and remanufacture services for its complete product line. Such services follow original factory specifications. These services have a warranty, maximizing performance and extending product´s life cycle.

Through maintenance and repair customers´ can recover non operating of immobilized stock and increase savings.

Services may be contracted individually or under a term agreement.

Training

Training courses to promote best practices in matters of installation, safety, and maintenance of the equipment delivered. The seminars are conducted by qualified technical staff, and certificates of attendance are issued to each participant.

They are held at MMA’s plant in Loma Hermosa, and scheduled according to customer needs. They include audio-visual presentations with the participation of seminar attendees, and eventually will include learning evaluations.

There are also specialized facilities that allow simulating installation and hydraulic tests in the field.

In addition to theoretical courses, stack up simulations are carried out in our facility. This is achieved by simulating well conditions at a lower cost while minimizing risks.

Engineering

We have the capability of designing and manufacturing customized equipment tailored to the particular needs of the client, to the features of the wells, and to the applicable environmental and occupational safety policies.

We develop special tools aimed at reducing the total cost of the operation.

We can assist our clients in the preliminary stages of the well to select the most appropriate equipments for each application or use.

We provide engineering services for the preparation of specifications and the study of materials.
