Self-Conteined Hydraulic System

The CHA is a Self Contained Hydraulic System with the following components:

Hydraulic pressure Pilots set (high and low pressure).
Manual hydraulic pump with oil reservoir, relief, valve and vent valve included in the same block.
Pressure accumulator.
Pressure gauge.
Stainless Steel tubing and fittings.

Advantages:

It does not require external power (pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.) eliminating the need to install auxiliary equipment and the laying of pipes.
It can be installed in gas or oil wells.
It is free of maintenance.
It works by means of a closed hydraulic circuit that keeps the seals always clean and lubricated.
It can be easily calibrated in the field.

Vertical Valve and Horizontal
passage. It is used as
Line or Wing Valve.

Horizontal Valve and passage.
It is used as Wing Valve

Horizontal Valve and Vertical
passage. It is used as
Master Valve or Overmath.

Kit of adjustable range to the sensed pressure that allows to vary the performance of the equipment by only replacing 6 pieces.
