Integral Double "S" Seal Packing (DSS)
It consists of two S seals housed in grooves machined directly on the body of the spool. The type S seals are interference seals that can withstand operating pressures of up to 15,000 psi.
Integral Double "P" Seal Packing (DSP)
It consists of two P seals housed in grooves machined directly on the body of the spool. The type P seals are energizable by plastic packing injection to withstand operating pressures of up to 15,000 psi.
Type X Secondary Packing
This packing is energizable by plastic packing injection to withstand operating pressures of up to 15,000 psi. It is housed in the bottom flange of the spools with appropriate preparation, and also serves as a reduction bushing to house various casing sizes.
BR2S Reduction Bushing
It allows for reduction of the casing size. It is housed in either casing spools or tubing spools with type S dual integral seal (DSS) having a bottom preparation for the BR2S reduction bushing. It can withstand operating pressures of up to 15,000 psi.
Double Pack-Off Flange
The double pack-off flange provides an auxiliary seal and a means to test the casing seal and the primary annulus seal below the flange.
