MMA has concluded the SIL certification process for its HIPPS System with CHF hydraulic controller.
The system has been certified by TÜV Rheinland Argentina, that has worked together with MMA throughout the certification process, providing consulting and advisory services.
The HIPPS system received SIL 2 Integrity level, that allows for application in settings that require a high degree of reliability.
The system can be provided in 2-1/16” up to 4-1/16” 10.000 psi valves, it can close a gate valve in 0.5 seconds, a key element in making operations more secure.
